Free shipping for orders over EUR 80.00.

Below this we charge EUR 7.90 shipping costs.

Shipping zone 2

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Hungary.

Shipping costs 14.90 EUR.

Shipping zone 3

USA and Canada.

Shipping costs 59.00 EUR.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, depending on the shipping zone, free shipping is available for certain order amounts. You can find all information about the respective conditions for free shipping in the information above.

What happens if I order products with different delivery times?

If you order several products with different delivery times, they will generally be shipped together as soon as all products are ready for shipping.

Your order will be shipped collectively when the product with the longest delivery time is ready.

If you would like the products to be shipped in advance with a shorter delivery time, please contact our customer support.

Which transport companies are used to ship?

Depending on which products you choose from AllesDaune, different transport companies are used for shipping. Because some of the products you order come directly from the central warehouses of the respective manufacturers.

However, AllesDaune orders are currently shipped with Austrian Post, DHL and DPD.

How long does the delivery take?

From the time of dispatch, delivery only takes a few working days, depending on the shipping zones:

Shipping zone 1: 1-3 business days
Shipping zone 2: 2-5 business days
Shipping zone 3: 3-7 business days

Is there tracking for my package?

Yes, all packages are sent with tracking. You will be informed when your order is shipped and will directly receive the tracking link for your package.

With the tracking link, you can see the expected delivery date, the current status and location of your package at any time and, depending on availability, you can even make changes to the delivery.

For example, the delivery date can be postponed, a storage location for the package can be specified, the package can be redirected to work or to a neighbor, and more. Please note that not all options are always available for every package.
